Application by Highways England for an Order Granting Development Consent for the M4 Junctions 3 to 12 Smart Motorway

 Notice of the decision by the Secretary of State

Notification of the publication of the Secretary of State’s decision and statement of reasons and the Order granting development consent in relation to the above application.

The Secretary of State as the decision maker under s103 and s104 of the Planning Act 2008 (as amended) (PA2008) has decided that development consent should be granted, and therefore has made an Order under s114 (1)(a) of the PA2008.

Here are the details of a forthcoming Road Closure to take place in Datchet.

From 23:30 hours  Monday  19th September until 05:30 hours on Tuesday 20th  September 2016

 

 

 

Location:                             

 

that part of Queens Road, Datchet between its junctions with B376 The Green and Queensmead.

 

 

 

Alternative Route:           

 

For southbound vehicles is via B470 High Street, B470 Windsor Road. For northbound vehicle the diversion is by this route reversed.

 

 

 

Reasons:                             

 

To facilitate level crossing maintenance.

The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC), Anthony Stansfeld, is seeking your views on policing and crime to help inform his next Police and Crime Plan.
 
The Police and Crime Plan sets out the PCCs priorities and objectives for the Thames Valley. From this plan, the Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police and other partners will develop their own annual service delivery plans.
