Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Draft Borough Local Plan Consultation

A consultation on the draft Borough Local Plan (BLP) is running from Friday 2 December 2016 until  5pm on Friday 13 January 2017.

To see the housing development sites proposed in Datchet click on 'Read and Comment on the Document'.  Select '7 Housing ' from the left had side menu, then sub section 7.4 HO1 Housing Development Sites. Scroll down the list until you find HA41/HA42/HA43 these are the three proposed sites for Datchet:-

HA41 - Land North and East of Churchmead Secondary School

HA42 - Land at Slough Road/Riding Court Road

HA43 - Land North of Eton Road adjacent to St Augustine's Church

Hard copies of the plan area available to view in the Library and the Parish Office

There is a very short timescale and the consultation will run from Friday 2 December 2016 until 17.00 on Friday 13 January 2017. Representations must be received by the Borough no later than 5pm on Friday 13 January 2017.

Application by Highways England for an Order Granting Development Consent for the M4 Junctions 3 to 12 Smart Motorway

 Notice of the decision by the Secretary of State

Notification of the publication of the Secretary of State’s decision and statement of reasons and the Order granting development consent in relation to the above application.

The Secretary of State as the decision maker under s103 and s104 of the Planning Act 2008 (as amended) (PA2008) has decided that development consent should be granted, and therefore has made an Order under s114 (1)(a) of the PA2008.
