Update from RBWM - Datchet Neighbourhood Plan 2022-2033: Decision Statement
Following an independent examination, the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead’s Cabinet have decided that the Datchet Neighbourhood Plan can proceed to a Neighbourhood Plan Referendum. Cabinet Members considered the recommendations within the examiner’s report at the Cabinet meeting on 23 February 2023 and agreed to accept the examiner’s proposed modifications, issue a decision statement, and progress the plan to referendum. The referendum is expected to take place on 4 May 2023.

Paper copies of those documents will also be available to view at the following locations during their usual opening hours from early next week:

An Information Statement relating to the referendum will be produced and published in due course.
