We are also planning more engagement in the area to take place throughout Spring and Summer 2019 plus events targeted at Heathrow and other major employers in the area. We will also be visiting Shopping Centres, supermarkets, motorway service areas and business parks. You are very welcome to come along to one of the events listed above.

We have also launched a new engagement website using Commonplace. This will allow residents and road users to use location markers to comment on specific areas of the scheme, or sign up to receive news on forthcoming planned work, road closures, and future events. It also has a survey function that will help the team understand the local community better. The link: https://m4j3to12smartmotorway.commonplace.is/ is also in the leaflet.

If you have any questions on the project, please do not hesitate to contact me direct. Alternatively, you can also use the M4 inbox which come straight through the team: M4J3to12SmartMotorways@highwaysengland.co.uk or the Highways England 24hr Contact Centre number: 0300 123 5000.
